Roman Horbal is a volunteer, project organizer, and youth advocate with a strong creative and collaborative mindset, passionate about politics, economics, and international cooperation. Growing up in Ukraine and Germany, he developed a strong interest in diplomacy and youth participation. Now, he is active in the youth council of Plan International Germany and the DFL Foundation (German Football League), where he supports nationwide social projects, promoting healthy development, inclusion, cultural exchange, and democratic values. Roman represents the voices of young people and advocates for their rights and greater youth participation in decision-making. Currently finishing high school, he wants to explore the world while working to make a positive impact on it.
